pH Advice: As this is an amino acid derived surfactant Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate is most stable and active when formulated into products with a pH of 6 or less.
At higher pH this ingredient will be less effective and may destabilise your formula.
Foaming performance will also be reduced at high pH.
